Jay Morton


Jay has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Medicine Professional since 2001, during which time he has trained well over 20,000 sessions. Jay has a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from Kansas Wesleyan University and a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Jay has extensive experience in rehabilitation and corrective exercise, including areas of cardiac rehab and spinal rehab. He’s also a Stage 4 Lymphoma conqueror, so Jay has personal experience in returning to activity after treatment.

Jay’s also a former collegiate basketball player and NAIA All-American in both shot-put and discus.
